Se negó la solicitó “hacerme conocer el concepto acerca del acatamiento de la Sentencia del Consejo de estado (sic) por parte del suscrito, a la cual se contrae la Sentencia T-444/00 (..)” presentada por el Contralor General de la República por improcedente, toda vez que como lo ha sostenido insistentemente esta Corporación, una vez dictada la sentencia que corresponde no le es dable, a ninguna autoridad judicial, adicionar o aclarar las consideraciones que fundamentaron la decisión tomada, como tampoco modificar esta última, como parecía pretenderlo el peticionario, porque toda intervención, cualquiera sea su sentido, quebrante el principio de la cosa juzgada –Art. 243 C.P.-.
